The digitalisation service may include:

pick-up and transportation of documentation both ways – on the basis of a handover protocol - or service performed on site,
determination of the types of documents in the materials handed over – in collaboration with archivists,
document preparation for scanning – removal of all metal elements, securing damaged documents (sealing with filmoplast), exchange of damaged folders, clipping, other preparatory services,
scanning - min. 240 dpi, colour, to a multipage PDF format
indexing according to client specifications
export to a digital archive system or transfer to an optical disc.
